To ensure your presentation runs smoothly, we provide you with the latest conference technology in our conference room with its panoramic view. The Hotel Am Parkring’s dedicated staff will be available to aid you with the setup and operation of screen, video beamer, overhead projector, flip chart, high-speed internet and much more.
The Rental fee includes the following technical equipment:

- Flipchart with paper and markers
- Pinboard with paper
- Presentation kit
- Microphone
We also offer the following equipment for an additional fee:
- Copy service (€ 0.20/copy, € 0,50 transparency)
- High-speed internet connection (€ 3,60/hour, € 18/day)
- Fax service (€ 0,25/page)
